I’m very satisfied with Ms Sharon.. i cant remember the first person I had but she was quick and knowledgeable. After I let her know that I had a ways to travel she didn’t waste any time making sure things were in order.. They don’t have same day services where I live and it was a convenience to come to White Brown Orthodontist… The flexible hours and days is a plus for me as a busy mom.. Thank you!!

Definitely highly recommend!!!! There is a receptionist name Roshonda!!!! She absolutely friendly!!!! I'm pretty sure she has seen many patients everyday. The fact that when we walked in the door way before the appointment, she knew my nephew name. She said she tries to remember the patients name coming in!!!!! I love it!!!!

I got my teeth straightened here! The attitude is great. I like coming here! It makes me not nervous. There are always small bottles of free water in the refrigerator! The bathroom is very clean. ! The appointment time is the time. I never waited more than 10 minutes. . Very pleasant appointment.

I came in for a consultation & was greeted by the wonderful staff. The vibe there was nice! I love seeing coworkers get along and it creates a good workspace environment. Tay was awesome when doing my X-rays! Very kind and welcoming. He gave great instructions on what he wanted me to do during the process. Nicole was awesome, super sweet! She took the time to listen at what I wanted and what I was looking for. Broke down financial/payments & etc. answer all the questions I had.Dr.Kerry was great as well! Very professional, proficient and knowledgeable! She explained the plan of care/treatment very thoroughly. I’m super excited to build my confident smile with such wonderful group of people.

My son needed Braces and I didn't know where to start. While strolling on Facebook I saw the AD for White Brown Smiles. Immediately made an appointment, the exam was discounted which was a blessing. They even offer Saturday appointments and the staff is professional, and prompt. My son has had braces for a couple of months now and we are already seeing results! Definitely recommend them.

So today (Jan 6, 2023) is my third coming with my niece to White Brown Smiles here in Irmo. First off very clean and neat place of business. Very welcoming at the door. Everyone is upbeat and at your services. Which is rare to find at any place nowadays But I am really writing this review to BRAG!! on this amazing dental assistant name Tay, this is my second encounter with her. You guys she is AMAZING!! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GREAT at what she does. My niece is shy to say the least but she opens up to her..she have us in here laughing and just creating small friendly talk. Tay is WONDERFUL!! If I could request her every-time I bring my niece I truly would !!If anyone from White Brown Smiles of Irmo is reading this…Tay needs an appreciation day and a raise! 😊She goes above and beyond!! She demonstrates compassion for what she does and she takes her time. We don’t feel rushed or hurried…she’s very gentle which is awesome considering her line of work. I’ve used Dr. White Brown for my 2 older kids and we are now using her for my youngest child. I’ve been very pleased overall with the service. We really like Dr. Brown and her staff is super!!! The only issue I have this time is the office rule of making patients and parents wear a mask which has been proven to be useless in protecting anyone from a respiratory virus and should be worn only if the individual chooses to wear one. Someone else’s beliefs shouldn’t be forced on everyone. Had it not been for my daughter wanting to come here, we would have chosen somewhere else to get her braces. That’s the only reason I let her. She likes the staff and I do too but I am not happy with this being mandated. In America, we should be free to breath the air God gave us to breath without covering our faces and this should be a choice, not forced.

The people working there were very kind, and made me feel welcomed, and less nervous about getting my braces put on. They also talked with me about how the braces may feel the first couple of days, and how to properly floss and brush while wearing braces. Even though I had came in a little late, they were no rude at all. They also have good payment plans if you cannot afford to pay the full initial down payment needed. Overall great experience!

My 10 year has been going to white brown smiles nearly 1 whole year now & from the very beginning it has been such an amazing experience, easy process and I'm always in the know! I love how they look out for their clients, get constant reminders via email & text because I'm a busy mom with many schedules to keep up with. The office is so clean, great all around staff members & Dr. Brown explains the entire process of what has to be done & will take place. The free give aways just make it even better. Thank you all! I've recommended this office to many friends & family.

From the first time I walked through their office door, I am treated with such care and professionalism. The Orthodontist along with the staff, are knowledgeable, as well as courteous. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable, they want to transform their patients smile, one tightening at a time!

I didn’t even have to wait 5 minutes soon as I got there I couldn’t finish my paper work. Lol cause they took me straight to the back. All my question where answer.
